Refund and Returns Policy

Paid Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions

Our subscriptions and the rights and privileges provided to you as a subscriber are non-transferable.

By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred thereto at regular intervals (either monthly or annually based on your subscription).

TNS Neighborhood has a NO REFUND policy.

Refunds shall not be issued for non-use of your paid subscription, failure to cancel your subscription on time, or for any other reason.

If you wish to stop automatic charges for your subscription please visit your Account Page > My Membership > Manage > Click “Cancel” and your automatic payment will be canceled effective on the date of termination. Please note that when you cancel your membership you will no longer have access to content provided for your paid subscription level.

Should you experience technical difficulties managing your subscription please email support@tnsneighborhood.com promptly when experiencing the issue.
